Footloose Sailing Association
This organization helps disabled individuals learn to sail and hosts events in the Seattle area. Upcoming events include the Day Sail at Leschi on July 12 from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and the Blake Island Overnight Camping Trip from 8 a.m. on July 26 to 4:30 p.m. on July 27. Outdoors for All Foundation
If you’re looking to spend some time in the great outdoors this month, this is the organization for you! This organization offers summer programs and day camps in Washington for a wide range of activities, like horseback riding, rock climbing, canoeing, kayaking, cycling, rafting, yoga, and water skiing. Seattle Adaptive Sports
This program has competitive teams for wheelchair basketball, sled hockey, power wheelchair soccer, and track and field. Individuals that join these teams have opportunities to travel with the team and receive college scholarships for their abilities.
